What is neuro-graphic art?
Developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, neurographic art is a structured yet free-flowing method of artmaking. Unlike traditional drawing which often focuses on replicating a specific image, neurographic art centers on creating organic, neuron-like lines and shapes.
What is the Rule for Neuro-graphic Art
Avoid straight lines or planned shapes. Soften the Intersections Where lines cross, gently round the corners by drawing small arcs to soften each junction. This is the signature neuro-graphic step that visually transforms friction into flow.
What are the benefits of neuro-graphic art?
Neuro-graphic art is about letting your mind relax while your hand moves freely, simply enjoying the process of creating. The process is recognised for being calming and meditative, helping to quiet those busy thoughts and bring a sense of peace and focus.

ALL Mapping + DIAGRAM
Mind mapping is a visual way to organize information, thoughts, and ideas, essentially turning them into a diagram. It starts with a central topic and then branches out with related ideas, creating a "tree" structure that visually connects all the concepts. This helps in brainstorming, learning, and understanding complex information.
